Junkin Enterprises LLC's Technology Services Group now offers a comprehensive maintenance agreement for small businesses. This maintenance agreement allows the small business to budget technology expenses more accurately by charging a flat rate for all Technology Services Group services++. In this way a small business can pay a flat monthly fee for complete support* of all of it's Help Desk Services, Technology Administration and Consulting Services needs. Junkin Enterprises LLC will be available by phone 7 days per week to assist in whatever needs you may have. This allows you, the small business owner to know you can contact Junkin Enterprises LLC first about any technology issues that you may have. Junkin Enterprises LLC will then act as your liaison to your hardware and software suppliers to resolve any issues that you have. This service extends beyond your computer hardware and software to your internet services, your phone services, credit card processing, copiers, scanners, faxing and any other technology** that you may be using in your office. As your in-house IT Staff, Junkin Enterprises LLC will always act on your behalf to protect your interest and get you the best value. We will help you weigh your options by presenting those options to you in an understandable manner, while assuring that different options are compared in a fair and impartial manner. Junkin Enterprises LLC base line rate is $76 per computer per month for 2005. This charge is based on all computers in an organization, desktops, laptops, servers. The rate will increase by $2 per computer per month each January 1. Therefore, beginning January 1 2006 the rate will increase to $78/pc/month and so on.
